Shipping and Orders
How will my order be shipped?
We ship USPS priority which typically takes between 2-3 days to ship from fulfillment. Carriers are experiencing unexpected delays due to an increase in volume, I will do my best to keep you updated as delays occur.
When will I receive my order?
Orders will be shipped within 3-5 days, pending item availability. You should receive shipping information when your order is processed so you can know more accurately when it will arrive.
What do I do if I never received my order?
Please let us know as soon as possible if you or the intended recipient have not received your order so we can remedy the situation.
Where are you located?
We produce from a commercially operated kitchen out of Brooklyn, NY. We do not have an accessible storefront.
I live in Brooklyn/Lower Manhattan, do you have a local delivery option?
Yes! In partnership with our friends at The Pixie and The Scout in Crown Heights, Brooklyn you can have your treats delivered with a minimum $50 purchase of provisions from them. If you'd like to arrange for that please select during checkout then head over and place your order with them. We'll coordinate with them and have your treats accompany your provisions.
How can I contact you about a larger order?
Email us directly email@example.com for large order inquiries.
How long will my order stay fresh?
Our treats do not have any preservatives added to them and thus need to be kept in an airtight container, but in that environment will stay fresh for as long as printed on the bag (generally they are best if enjoyed within 6 weeks).
Whats the best way to store items I’ve ordered?
All products are best kept in sealed, airtight containers. In the case of the savory crackers - they are best kept in the tins they arrive in; with the other products - in the bags they come in sealed completely. They can also be placed into sealing jars or other tight sealing lidded containers. Tin is one of the best materials for maintaining freshness of baked goods such as those offered here.
