How will my order be shipped?
We ship USPS priority which typically takes between 2-3 days to ship from fulfillment. These are unprecedented times and currently carriers are experiencing unexpected delays due to an increase in volume, I will do my best to keep you updated as delays occur.
When will I receive my order?
Orders will be shipped within 7-10 days, pending item availability and shipping delays. You should receive shipping information when your order is processed so you can know more accurately when it will arrive.
What do I do if I never received my order?
Please let us know as soon as possible if you or the intended recipient have not received your order so we can remedy the situation as soon as possible.
Where are you located?
We produce from a commercially operated kitchen out of Brooklyn, NY. We do not have an accessible storefront.
I live near Brooklyn, will you have a pickup option?
We plan to offer a local pickup option in partnership with a neighborhood business in the Crown Heights area of Brooklyn. How can I contact you about a larger order?

How long will my order stay fresh?
Our treats do not have any preservatives added to them and thus need to be kept in an airtight container, but in that environment will stay fresh for as long as printed on the bag (best if enjoyed between 2-6 weeks depending on the item).
Whats the best way to store items I’ve ordered?
All products are best kept in sealed, airtight containers. In the case of the savory crackers - they are best kept in the tins they arrive in; with the other products - in the bags they come in sealed completely. They can also be placed into sealing jars or other tight sealing lidded containers. Tin is one of the best materials for maintaining freshness of baked goods such as those offered here.
What do I do if I receive a defective order?

How is the product made? Where do the ingredients come from?
The product is made by hand in small batches in Brooklyn. Organic and best quality ingredients are sourced whenever possible. Some companies whose products we stand by and use include King Arthur flour, Bob's Red Mill, Central Milling, Cabot butter, Burlap and Barrel Spices and Valrhona Chocolate to name a few.
