Where are you located and do you have a storefront?
We are located in the Crown Heights neighborhood of Brooklyn, NY. We do not have have an accessible storefront.
I live in the area, do you have a local pickup option?
We do not offer local pickup from our kitchen at this time as it is not open to the public. We do, however, participate in seasonal artisan markets, so subscribe to learn about those opportunities when they arise!
How long will my order stay fresh?
Our treats have a shelf life of approximately 8 months and are best enjoyed within 1-2 months once opened. Store in airtight containers to maintain freshness.
Whats the best way to store items I’ve ordered?
Store all products in airtight containers. Keep tinned products in their original packaging; transfer bagged products to airtight containers after opening, or fold and reseal the bag.
How are your products made? Where do the ingredients come from?
Our products are made by hand in small batches using high quality and organic ingredients whenever possible. Some of our favorite purveyors whose products we use are King Arthur flour, Bob's Red Mill, Murray's Cheese, Beurremont Butter, Burlap & Barrel Spices, Diaspora Co. Spices, Nuts.com, Heilela Vanilla, and Valrhona Chocolate to name a few.

How do I make changes to an order I’ve already placed?

I'm having issues placing my order (error message, shipping issue, etc.). What should I do?
We're sorry you're experiencing checkout issues. Please email your order to orders@laurieellen.com and we'll send you an invoice directly. If you can include any screenshots or error messages, that helps us identify and fix the problem so it doesn't happen again!
Do you do large or corporate gift orders?
Yes, absolutely. Please follow the link to our Corporate Gifting page to submit an inquiry and will respond to you as soon as possible
Shipping and Delivery
How will my order be shipped?
We offer two shipping options at checkout:
UPS Home Delivery is a more economical option and typically arrives within 3-7 business days of fulfillment depending on your location. Both services include full tracking.
FedEx 2Day Express delivers within 2 business days of fulfillment for customers who need their order quickly.
When will my order be shipped?
We typically fulfill orders within 2 business days of placement. Once your order ships, your tracking number is your best source of real-time delivery information. We have the same visibility you do, so for the most accurate updates please check directly with FedEx or UPS using your tracking link.
What do I do if I haven't received my order?
If your order hasn't arrived by its expected delivery date, check your tracking link first as the carrier will have the most current information on your package. If your tracking shows a problem or your package appears lost, please email us at orders@laurieellen.com and we'll help resolve it right away.
What do I do if I receive a damaged or incorrect order?
Please let us know so we can remedy the situation immediately by emailing orders@laurieellen.com.
Can I ship orders to different addresses?
Yes. During checkout, click the "ship to multiple addresses" button. You can assign different items to different addresses and include a personalized note for each. Separate shipping will be applied per address, and if you're sending multiple items to the same address shipping will be bundled.
When checkout is complete you'll receive a separate confirmation email for each address. Questions? Email us at orders@laurieellen.com.
Will you ship outside of the United States?
We don't typically ship internationally, but please contact orders@laurieellen.com if you'd like us to check rates. Please note that taxes and duties are the responsibility of the recipient.
