Where are you located and do you have a storefront?
We are located in the Crown Heights neighborhood of Brooklyn, NY. We do not have have an accessible storefront.
I live in the area, do you have a local pickup option?
We do not offer local pickup from our kitchen at this time as it is not open to the public. We do, however, participate in seasonal artisan markets, so subscribe to learn about those opportunities when they arise!
How long will my order stay fresh?
Our treats have a shelf life of approximately 8 months and are best enjoyed within 1-2 months once opened. Store in airtight containers to maintain freshness.
Whats the best way to store items I’ve ordered?
Store all products in airtight containers. Keep tinned products in their original packaging; transfer bagged products to airtight containers after opening, or fold and reseal the bag.
How are your products made? Where do the ingredients come from?
Our products are made by hand in small batches using high quality and organic ingredients whenever possible. Some of our favorite purveyors whose products we use are King Arthur flour, Bob's Red Mill, Murray's Cheese, Beurremont Butter, Burlap & Barrel Spices, Diaspora Co. Spices, Nuts.com, Heilela Vanilla, and Valrhona Chocolate to name a few.

Orders
How do I make changes to an order I’ve already placed?
Reach out to us via email: orders@laurieellen.com.
I'm having issues placing my order (error message, shipping issue, etc.). What should I do?
We're sorry you're experiencing checkout issues. Please email your order to orders@laurieellen.com and we'll send you an invoice directly. If you can include any screenshots or error messages, that helps us identify and fix the problem so it doesn't happen again!
When will I receive my order?
Orders ship every Tuesday. Ex: if you order by Monday, it ships that Tuesday. If you order Wednesday or later, it ships the following Tuesday. You'll receive tracking information once your order is processed. If you have questions about a specific order, please check your confirmation email or contact us at orders@laurieellen.com.
Do you do large or corporate gift orders?
Yes, absolutely. Please follow the link to our Corporate Gifting page to submit an inquiry and will respond to you as soon as possible.
Shipping and Delivery
How will my order be shipped?
Orders are shipped via Fedex expedited service and should arrive within 1-3 days.
When will my order be shipped?
We ship orders out once a week on Tuesdays to ensure the smoothest transit.
What do I do if I never received my order?
Please email us as soon as possible at orders@laurieellen.com if you have not received your order by its expected arrival date. Be sure to check all delivery locations, and note that contacting the carrier directly is often the fastest way to locate your package, as they have the most up-to-date information.
What do I do if I receive a damaged or incorrect order?
Please let us know so we can remedy the situation immediately by emailing orders@laurieellen.com.
Can I ship orders to different addresses?
Yes. During checkout, click the "ship to multiple addresses" button. You can assign different items to different addresses and even include individualized notes. Separate shipping will be applied for each address. If you're sending multiple items to the same address, shipping will be bundled for that address.
When checkout is complete, you'll get a separate confirmation email for each address. If you have questions, email us at orders@laurieellen.com.
Will you ship outside of the United States?
We don't typically ship internationally, but please contact orders@laurieellen.com if you'd like us to check rates. Please note that taxes and duties are the responsibility of the recipient.
