SHIPPING POLICY

Fulfillment Schedule

We typically fulfill orders within 2 business days of placement. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.

Example: an order placed Monday will generally ship by Wednesday.

Shipping Options

We offer two shipping options at checkout:

Ground shipping via UPS Home Delivery, with rates calculated at checkout based on your location. Orders over $150 ship free via ground.

Express shipping via FedEx 2Day, with rates based on order size. Most orders arrive within 2 business days of shipment.

Once your order ships, your tracking number is your best source of real-time information. We have the same visibility you do, so for the most accurate updates on your delivery please check directly with FedEx or UPS using your tracking link.

Delivery Timeline

Both carriers provide real-time tracking updates. You will receive your tracking number by email as soon as your order ships. 

Shipping Locations

We ship to all 50 US states. We do not ship internationally at this time.

Order Changes and Cancellations

Please contact us immediately at orders@laurieellen.com if you need to make changes. Once an order has shipped we cannot modify it.

Holiday and Peak Season

During the holiday season (November through December) order volume increases significantly and fulfillment may take up to 3 business days. Any delays beyond that will be communicated via email and on our website.
