SHIPPING POLICY
Fulfillment Schedule
We fulfill orders every Tuesday and ship via FedEx 2-Day Express. Orders placed by Monday at 11:59 PM PT ship the next day (Tuesday).
Example: An order placed on Monday, January 19 will ship on Tuesday, January 20 and should arrive by Friday, January 23
To be included in this week's shipment, please place your order by Monday at 11:59 PM PT.
Shipping Rates
- FedEx 2-Day flat rate: $14.25
- Free shipping on orders $150+
Delivery Timeline
Orders ship via FedEx 2-Day and typically arrive within 2 business days of shipment. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.
Shipping Locations
We currently ship to all 50 US states. We do not ship internationally at this time.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Because we fulfill orders on a weekly schedule, we have a limited window to modify or cancel orders. Please contact us immediately at [orders@laurieellen.com] if you need to make changes. Once your order has shipped on Tuesday, we cannot modify it.
Holiday & Peak Season Shipping
During our busy holiday season (November-December), we may add additional fulfillment days to accommodate order volume. Any changes to our standard Tuesday fulfillment schedule will be announced on our website and via email.
